Terms of Service - Rufi

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using the Rufi app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our app.

2. Description of the Service

Rufi is a pantry organization and shopping list app that allows users to:

• Manage pantry items
• Create and share shopping lists
• Access recipes and suggestions
• Sync data across devices
• Access premium features through a subscription

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Available Plans

We offer different subscription plans with varying features. The details of each plan, including prices and features, are available in the "Plans" section of the app.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly), unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged through the payment method you selected (Apple Pay, Google Pay or PagSeguro).

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time in the app settings. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancelling, you will keep access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed according to the policies of the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or PagSeguro, depending on the payment method used. Contact us if you have any issues.

4. User Account

To use certain Rufi features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

The Rufi app and all of its content are the exclusive property of Rufi and are protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.
