Delete my Rufi account

Request the deletion of your account and data without opening the app. If you still use the app, you can also delete it under Settings.

How it works

Enter your account email below. We send a confirmation link that is valid for 1 hour.
Open the email, review and confirm. Your account is deactivated right away and no one can sign in to it anymore.
After 30 days, your personal data and the account content are deleted or anonymized.

Good to know

Records that the law requires us to keep, such as tax and payment records, are kept for the legal period. Details are in the policies at the bottom of the page.
Changed your mind? Sign in to the app with your email and password within 30 days: the account comes back and the deletion is canceled.
Before deleting, you can export your data from the app.

Do you have a paid subscription?

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription made through the store. Cancel it in your store settings so you are not charged again:
